At United Tools Limited, we take pride in offering high-quality engineering tools, power tools, hand tools, automotive service tools, abrasives, ladders and more. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy before making a purchase.
No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges
As a general policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Please choose carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about product specifications, compatibility, or suitability for your needs, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
Exceptions – Faulty or Defective Products
While we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or not as described, we will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with the manufacturer’s warranty or applicable consumer protection laws.
If you believe your product is faulty, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
- Warranty Coverage
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are processed according to the terms set by the manufacturer. If you need assistance with a warranty claim, please reach out to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account if available or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which shall be communicated by the team at United Tools Limited.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
